Sichuan spicy hot pot

Hotpot is a unique delicacy in China and has a long history.There are many varieties of hotpot,such as guangdong seafood hot pot,hongkong beef hotpot,and sichuan spicy hotpot etc.today i want to tell you how to make a delicious sichuan spicy hot pot an home!

Hot pot material
3 tablespoons sichuan bean paste
100 g butter
Salad oil 100 g
Dried chilli 100g
Chinese prickly ash 50 g
3 tablespoons white sugar
Rock candy 15 g
1 small piece Ginger
6 disc Garlic
2 piecewise of beijing green onion
2 tablespoons white wine
Swanson bone soup 1 can
1 piece of orange pee
2 Amomum tsaoko 
15 grams of fennel
3 pills of Illicium verum
1 grain of Resurrectionlily  
1 root cassia
3 slices of bay leaf

3 pills of cloves
1 TSP monosodium glutamate
2 TSP salt
1/2 TSP white pepper
2 TBSP raw soy sauce
ot pot base is vital in a sichuan spicy hot pot because it will decide whether the hot pot is delicious or not!
The cuisine of Sichuan spicy hot pot
1、Stir in the heat of the pan and add the dried chilli and Chinese prickly ash to stir fry the aroma. Then remove them and add the sugar to the pan. Stir in the pan and put in the flat spring onion, ginger and garlic.
2Stir in all the spices and stir-fry until the garlic turns a mild yellow, then stir with sichuan bean paste, then pour in liquor and soy sauce and butter stir-fry it.
3Finally, pour all the Swanson bone soup into it, put in the sugar, and then the Fried chili pepper and pepper in the pan, it will become the hot pot base.

This is all the step to make this hot pot base,now,you can pour whatever you want into the hot pot and taste it.enjoy!
