1.Fungus Hotpot:or we can called it wild mushroom hotpot;Wild fondue is cooked with various edible mushrooms or cooked into boiled water.

2.Gastrodia elata ham chicken hot pot:which was originated in Zhaotong, is a kind of medicated hot pot. Chicken with Xuanwei ham as the main ingredients, with Zhaotong Tianma, 37, ginseng, jujube, Chinese wolfberry and other Chinese herbal medicines into cooking pot.

3.Paste spicy fish hot pot:ues silver carp or crucian carp as the main ingredients, coupled with the unique flavor of Kunming paste for its characteristics.
