Tips for healthy barbecue

       It's no doubt that is a very enjoyable thing to eat barbecue,dringk
the fresh fruit juice with our friends or with our own family.But how
can barbecue be more healthier? Now I am going to share some tips
about this:

1, Choose high-quality charcoal fire.

    When we eat barbecue outside,it may not easy for us to choose the
charcoal,but if we do it by ourself,we had better choose the high-
quality charcoal fire.Generally,many people may ignore this point,but
it is also the basic step for baking.
    The poor charcoal fire may not only have an influence on the speed
 of barbecue,but also produce more polluted smoke which would  affect
our health.When we choose the charcoal, we should choose the one that
is neat and heavy.

2.Different meat choices have a particular way to choose.
 
    Generally,all kinds of meat can be baked,but we also need to give more though to choose.Pork is best to choose the fat and white pork, so that the meat out of the taste more lubrication; roast chicken, it is best to use a layer of lemonade, sprinkle some starch, so meat more fresh; seafood is best to use fresh instead of the chilled one.

3.Do not flip frequently when baking.

   A lot of people are used to tossing and turning in the barbecue, thinking that this will make the parts heat evenly, which is not true. Because if you always flip it, it will prolong the meat, and it will destroy the protein and destroy the meat. Therefore, it is best to turn to the other side after a certain degree of heat.

4.Pay attention to the barbecue sauce.

    The purpose of the barbecue sauce is not only to make the flavor more intense, but also to keep the food moist, avoiding the loss of moisture and grease during long barbecues.

5.Choose low-fat foods.
 
    The first step to health is to choose food. While many people roast their favorite chicken wings, the chicken wing does have the highest calorie count, and four chicken wings are the equivalent of two bowls of rice. Want to taste roast chicken aroma, might as well choose chicken steak or chicken willow, can be a better substitute.

6.Food diversification.
 
   Five grains and vegetables are equally delicious. Sweet potato is a good choice, rich in fiber, good bowel, good to alleviate the side effects of barbecue.
