Today I would like to share a Chinese hot pot recipe which is easy to prepare and cook.It is such a good idea to eat mutton hot pot in the chilling winter. Warm yourself up, importantly.
Recipe
Main ingredients: mutton slice, 1 cabbage, 1 teaspoon salt (5 g) , 1 teaspoon chicken essence (5 g), 1 teaspoon oil (5 ml)
Cooking method:
Prepare time: 3 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
1.Turn the pot on fire and add water.
2.Tear the cabbage apart into slices and dip into the water.
3.Add mutton after the water boiled, and then add salt and chicken essence. Add oil and fill the soup bowl with it and remove it to the table. ( you don’t need to add salt and salt if you like)
Note: cabbage and mutton here are inseparable. You could use the vegetable and mutton that was left over from the restaurant. Or you could just buy mutton slice from supermarket.So convenient, right?
