Small Hot Pot Mutton


Today I would like to share a Chinese hot pot recipe which is easy to prepare and cook.It is such a good idea to eat mutton hot pot in the chilling winter. Warm yourself up, importantly.
Recipe
Main ingredients: mutton slice, 1 cabbage, 1 teaspoon salt (5 g) , 1 teaspoon chicken essence (5 g),  1 teaspoon oil (5 ml)
Cooking method:
Prepare time: 3 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
1.Turn the pot on fire and add water.
2.Tear the cabbage apart into slices and dip into the water.
3.Add mutton after the water boiled, and then add salt and chicken essence. Add oil and fill the soup bowl with it and remove it to the table. ( you dont need to add salt and salt if you like)
Note: cabbage and mutton here are inseparable. You could use the vegetable and mutton that was left over from the restaurant. Or you could just buy mutton slice from supermarket.So convenient, right?

The cooking way is to heat the oven first and after the oil boiled, put all the burdening into the oven to fry until 80% done. And then put the main ingredient you like, eat them while frying.
Add fresh soup and seasoning in the middle of the eating so that meat can be boiled and eaten.
Paper hot pot
It was invented in 1940, which was used as cooker of Xueyan hot pot before. This kind of special paper can be cooked for 3 hours at high temperature absorbing greasy but maintaining the freshness of meat. When eat paper hot pot, add food and sauce to the pot to heat in the furnace. Water from the food will gradually release to mix with sauce. Therefore, hot pot, in this way, would be delicious even without sauce.

Because they believe that is the combination of ice and coal, and regard it the luck of tasting food. Quite interesting!

There are many different kinds of hot pot in China. The hot pot culture in China is generally divided into types stated below according to province classification:

Beijing: lamb shabu shabu with its unique flavor attracts people's appetite. 

Chongqing: spicy hot pot is well-known for its fragrant spicy flavor all over China.

Guangdong: seafood hot pot and pork bone hot pot. Their deliciousness are beyond description. People never get tired of them.

Shandong & Northern China: single hot pot for each person shows fashionable delicacy.

Xianggang: beef hot pot is also renown.

Shanghai: assorted warm hot pot

Jiangzhe District: warm chrysanthemum hot pot is pleasant to mind due to its unique flavor.

Hangzhou: warm hot pot with three types of fresh fish

Yunnan: dian flavor hot pot is fresh,fragrant and spicy.

Dongbei: white meat hot pot (white meat here refers to pork).

Suzhou: traditional  charcoal stove is fat but not greasy which is regarded as  nutritious supplement.

In conclusion, the most famous hot pot in China which is called five most famous in China are Beijing lamb shabu shabu, Chongqing spicy hot pot, Guangdong seafood hot pot, Shandong beef fat small hot pot, and Jiangzhe warm chrysanthemum hot pot.

Welcome the God of Wealth

Today is the fifth day of the first month of Chinese lunar calendar,and it is said to be the birthday of the God of Wealth and also an auspicious day to welcome him. On the night of the fourth day of the first month, every household is expected to prepare a feast for the birthday celebration and to get sacrificial animals, cakes, fruit, incense and candles ready. Then, people beat drums and gongs and burn incense to pay tribute to the God of Wealth.
    On the morning of the fifth day, firecrackers are exploded as a sign of welcoming the God of Wealth.
